  • Every students must carry his/her diary and identity card to school each day.
  • Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions.
  • All boys (except Sikhs) must keep their hair short. Girls must tie their hair neatly with a white ribbon.
  • Care must be taken of all school property. Students are not allowed to damage any school property; write or draw anything on the walls. Damage done should be reported at once to the class teacher and reimbursement should be done by students.
  • Parents are requested to ensure their children carry their personal belongings themselves to school. No lunch boxes, books, notebooks, project works, etc. will be taken up by the security guard/staff for being handed over to the students. No calls relating to the same will be entertained at the office.
  • Students should reach the school at the specified time. He/she will not be allowed to enter the school after that and no calls will be entertained at the security gate and office regarding the same. School gate will close at 8.30am, late comers will be sent back. Safety of their reaching home will be responsibility of parents.
  • The school reserves the right to suspend students whose progress in studies is unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
  • Parents and Guardian must not visit their wards or teachers without the Principal’s permission.
  • The name, class and section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all the belonging of the students.
  • A student who uses unfair means during tests will be given zero in the subject. Repetition of the same will result in dismissal.
  • Students will not be called to answer phone calls during school hours.
  • Students using the school bus shall maintain discipline in the bus. Bus facility will be withdrawn in cases where discipline is not properly maintained.
  • Please adhere to the “Open house” timings.
  • No Parents/Guardians are permitted to meet the children or teachers during the school hours. Parents are not permitted to enter into the classroom.
  • Students are expected to take active participation in the co-curricular activities like games, sports, educational tours and picnic etc. arranged by the school
  • It is the duty of the students to keep their classroom and other places in and around the school, clean and in order. They should cultivate the habit of using the dustbins.
  • Students must switch off the lights and fans inside the classrooms, when they leave the classroom.
  • Students must maintain their respective toilets clean.
  • The sports items used by the students from the school, should be kept back in the school after use.
  • Private transport of the students is the sole responsibility of the parents, school will be not be accountable or answerable for anything in such cases

Conversation in English: During the school hours except for Hindi period the students should converse in English which is essential in developing communication skill in English. English must be spoken in the campus and also in the bus, if not strict action will be taken.

EXAMINATION, PROMOTION AND REPORTS :
  • Pupils absent for an examination for any reason will not be permitted to appear for re-examination and those who are absent for an examination without grave reasons will be considered as having failed. On medical reasons the average marks will be provided.
  • Promotion is granted on the basis of the academic performance throughout the year.
  • Records of the assignments, projects, periodic test, half yearly and final exams will be taken into consideration at the time of promotion.
  • Results declared at the end of the year are final on all cases and will not be re-considered.
  • Results will be withheld it the fees are due.
  • Answer papers of final examination will not be shown to the parents.
  • Pupils failing twice in the same class maybe asked to leave the school.
  • Students are not expected to use unfair means during examination. The students are liable to be penalized if fund doing so.
PARENTS CO-OPERATION :
  • Good education is the joint effort of school and parents. So, full co-operation of the parents is earnestly solicited. Children learn not only from the class room, but from other sources like nature, books, friends, radio, T.V. and cinema. Hence, parents have a great responsibility to pay attention to them.
  • Parents may meet class Teachers from Monday to Friday (Timing 1:30-2.:00pm). Saturday (Timing 12:30-1:00pm). Meeting the Principal and Administrator will be only with prior Appointment. Note for which to be written in the student’s diary.
  • All communications to the school will be addressed to the Principal.
  • Parents are requested not to enter classrooms either to see their ward or to seek appointment with the teachers during school hours. Appointment should be arranged through the Principal only.
  • Parents are requested to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help their wards progress by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking interest in their ward’s work. They should check the diary every day and note the homework and other instructions, if given.
  • Parents are advised to check the bags of their wards to see if any notice, invitation has been issued.
  • Parents and guardians are specially requested to notify the school for any change in their addresses or telephone number.
  • Parents are requested to attend their wards Open House regularly to be aware of their academic progress.
  • Children when sick, must not be sent to school to attend classes.
  • Kindly check the uniform, nails and hair of your ward every morning.
  • Please ensure that your ward carries text/note books according to the time table only.
  • There must be a name tag on each of your ward’s belongings. Expensive items and jewellery are not allowed in the school. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in school.
  • Parents are requested to kindly pay the school fees on time to avoid any inconvenience.
LEAVE ABSENCE :
  • Students must have at least 75% attendance for promotion to the next class.
  • During the school hours, any student taking leave should be accomplished by either parent or legal guardians.
  • Any parent who wants to take the child with him/her, should obtain gate pass from the Principal.
  • Any absence without leave sanctioned in advance will not be permissible.
  • Parents must make a leave note in the diary.
  • There is nothing called short leave/half day leave. No application will be entertained requiring the student to leave the school premises for any personal/social functions i.e. marriages, birthday, going out of station pujas, etc. In an emergency written permissions must be taken from the Principal.
ADMISSIONS AND WITHDRAWALS :
  • Admissions for Pre-Primary classes are open from the month of November.
  • No students below four years by age on 1st June is eligible for admission in Jr. Kg, as per NEP 2020.
  • Original Birth Certificate in English from Municipality or Panchayat is to be produced.
  • Students coming from a school outside the state of Gujarat must have their leaving certificate countersigned by the educational inspector of that state. No admission is completed till the leaving certificate from the last attended school is produced.
  • No leaving certificate will be issued until all fees are fully paid & library books are returned.
  • The Manager / Administrator and Principal reserve the right to refuse any application for admission without giving any reasons.
  • Notice of withdrawal should be given in written by parents or guardian before the end of the month.
  • If no notice is given before the date mentioned, the fees for the following month will be charged even if the child has not attended the school.
  • The management reserves the full right to revise any rule without notice.
  • Duplicate copies of the T.C. may be issued on the payment of Rs. 300/-
  • Duplicate copies of Report Card may be issued on the payment of Rs. 300/-
